Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
Personalised or perishable goods are exempt from return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service at service@islamique.eu to notify us of your intention to return the item(s).
Package the item(s) securely and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
If your return is rejected, we will provide you with an explanation and return the item to you, at your expense.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for the return of items are generally the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to an error on our part or if the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
